Uh oh, she must have hold it in for too long that she started to change color from her normal skin color to being a bit purple, even Melman is worried about her as she started to feel lightheaded despite that she doesn't want to let it out to show herself skinny, if she doesn't start breathing in the next few minutes she might fall backwards while passing out in a snap if she isn't careful. Now the image was supposed to only have her face change color however SFM only color the full body itself, but I did try, the image was also supposed to have her cheeks puffed up too make it like she is actually holding her breath, but I couldn't find it.
