Ingredients
Two to four chicken breasts
2tsp Black pepper
2 tsp chili powder
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp cumin
1 tsp cayenne pepper
1 tsp Cholula hot sauce original
Pickled jalapenos juice
1/3 bottle of Bachans original Japanese bbq sauce.
1/3 cup fresh water.
Pre steps
St1
Grab a plastic zip lock freezer bag and open it up.

Dump your black pepper, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, cumin, chili, powder into the ziplock bag.

Add your hot sauce and Bachan's Japanese bbq sauce here

Add your 1/3 cup water with 2 to 3 tbs of pickled jalapeno juice brine I used the brine of Mezzetta pickled sliced tamed jalapeno peppers.

Zip the bag closed tight and shake to mix the seasoning and the sauces together.

After your sauce and seasonings are all mixed open your ziplock bag and place 2 chicken breast inside it than zip the bag back up be sure to get as much air out of the bag as possible.than massage the chicken breast in your sauce mix for 2 minutes.

Place your sealed ziplock bag on a plate in the fridge overnight to allow the chicken breast to absorb the flavors of your sauce and seasonings and marinade . Make sure that you flip the breast over after a few hours to get a even coat of sauce marinade all over the chicken breast.
Cooking instructions

Grab your air fryer pan and spray with some Pam.

Place 2 to 4 chicken breast into the air fryer pan spaced evenly apart than place pan into the air fryer.

Put your air fryer on 400° for 10 minutes than flip the chicken breast for another 10 minutes at 400°

Check the internal temp of your chicken with a meat thermometer that the temp is 165° Fahrenheit or 74° Celsiusin the center for safe consumption.

Pull chicken out of the air fryer let it cool for 2 mins and serve.
The outside of the chicken breast will have a crunchy texture with a sight char taste as if you grilled the chicken on the grill the inside of the breast will be tender and juicy.
The flavors work really well with each other and compliments each other very well.
Side note this recipe was a experiment recipe that panned out well and I had to share it.
