He's a character I made a short, hand-drawn story about in art class during junior high school. :I The story was related to chocolate-covered popcorn, this rhino, a cat guy named Dave, and the town mayor. (I'm 100% serious.)
I couldn't decide on which background color to use, so I just turned it into an animation. I was thinking, "Maybe it'd be cool to do icon commissions?" So, I guess this is practice if people think it's an okay idea for me to do. :I;;;
