Another single segment chapter. This one dealing with Riu and a member from his own government. Though mostly it is to introduce the envoy. Who has a bit of an impact on a few characters (mostly Cerise and Riu) in season 1, then has a bit going on in seasons 3 and 5. Haven't yet decided if I should have him make an appearance in season 2 as well, just to really be annoying to some of the characters. We'll see.
