Belle is a positive single mom who was raped during her freshman year in high school, the resulting pregnancy leading to the birth of Billie. Not one to take the life of an innocent, she refused to abort the child and decided to raise it on her own. The father however, she killed when he tried to rape her a second time. Despite that dark mark in her history, she's enjoyed her life and loves her daughter like any mother should. While not as over protective as some, she did make sure her young child know multiple forms of self defense to keep her from suffering the same fate.

She lives with her child in a 2 story home, one of the many things she won when the father of her friend Washu, a powerful lawyer, won a case on her behalf on the events of her rape and killing of the father. She now works as a personal secretary to her friend Washu, who is now a lawyer like her father, and has currently rented out a room in her home to make a little extra cash.

Despite being raped, she doesn't let that incident make her afraid of companionship, though she is careful about who to sleep with. Mostly, she has her fun with her friend, Washu, usually in her office and has yet to find a suitable male to share a bed with, till her recent tenant came in.

Belle is a great cook and has a carefree attitude in life, and doesn't mind sharing a partner, even if that said partner is also having sex with her daughter. In her own words. "She'd might as well best learn it from a good example." She has a slight southern accent and likes to call friends terms such as "Sweetie" "Sugar" and "Hon." And she knows she's a MILF and likes to show it.
