While LustCo operates under the watchful eyes of Destiny and their silent, sinister cloned nurses, the Empire has its own legion of nurses operating on a much more broad scale. These Imperial nurses are known as Matrons; motherly females all specially selected and trained to administer to any patient in need. Where specialists work under LustCo to provide body modifications or enhancements, true medical and therapeutic services are administered by a Matron.

If you are wounded, they can heal you. If you are in distress, they can console you. If you are need of a mother's love, they can and will love you like their own. This last trait is what defines the Matrons, all of whom are either bovids or tall and buxom females of other species. They act as extensions of the Empire itself, always ready, willing and able to care for the citizens in their times of need.
