More content for Rebel Ops FFG. This is more the meat of the game, the class chart for squaddies the players use to make and upgrade their soldiers. The chart itself was an excuse to fuck around in Gimp and learn a couple things. Someday, I'll put the raw stats in a PDF and post it here, but for now, the skeleton of the class system is all you get.

All squaddies start as privates.

With 1 XP, you may rank up a private into the Enlisted class.

With 3 XP, an Enlisted can rank up into an NCO (non-commissioned officer) OR a Unique unit if offered.

You may spend 1 XP to respecialize (respec) an Enlisted and 2 XP to respec an NCO.
