I think she would a lot lighter then 60 empty. If she's only made of cardboard that is. Probably around 6 to 10 pounds.
Also i curious on how you mean "cannot get wet"
Dose she have properties that prevent her from being able to get wet or are you stating that she cannot get wet under any circumstances?
If it is the latter situation my question is to you how does she deal with becoming wet say like if she was out and about and it started raining?

I wanted to figure that the cardboard is a lil thicker than normal stuff, and the mache adds a bit of weight on top. You're correct though, 60 is definitely too heavy!
She cannot get wet in the latter. She shouldn't get wet as it isn't good for her structural integrity. She won't instantly dissolve or anything. But if she's out and it started raining she would try to find shelter as soon as she can. Thankfully if she suffers too much damage she can repair herself with glue and cardboard and paper. Party is more a fun character so the real world ramifications of her anatomy are kinda handwaved off once it get too much more detailed than that!
