It is with great sadness to announce the passing of our pom Max, who has appeared on these pages a few times, both in real and in cartoon form last night. (Nothing good EVER happens late at night!) Affectionately known as "The Ninja Dog" for his incredible stealth, and uncanny ability to make himself "invisible" in plain sight, and for being waaayyyy too smart for his own good at times. As well as being something of a local celebrity in the neighborhood for his cute "poofiness." Alas, the 16 years or so we've had him was too short a time to spend with this wonderfull member of our family, and his loss is keenly felt.

Ave et Vale, Max! You have crossed the Rainbow Bridge, and are now one with the Great Sky Dog.
