As an adult I know that it hurts to have it up for that long (I know cause I ask around).

But really if you have one for 4 hours, you should do something with it. The ads that say to contact medical help but noone will send an ambulance for that. So by 4 hour 30 min in you're not going to sit with a boner in a hospital waiting for a nurse to poke it and say "you need to take this"...unless it's a sexy nurse and she points to her snatch. HeheheHrrnmm...:P
