This is Otto the Raccoon. One of my gang of four (Dietrich the Red Panda, Lorelei the Otter, Bismark the Fennec, and this bloke)

Just a basic reference for 'em. Haven't thought of an outfit for him just yet, but I will soon enough. As you can see, I've jotted down a few basic notes concerning his personality and a few facts to help you understand what he's like.

Basically he's harsh and cynical during the day (because daytime makes him miserable, being nocturnal and all) but rather approachable and relaxed at night. Circumstances rarely allow Otto the luxury of sleeping during the day like his genes tell him he ought to, thus the cynicism and generally lax behavior during the day. Hanging out with Bismark tends to mellow him out, as those two were friends even before they met Dietrich and Lorelei.

And yes, he is a world-class chef. He works at a restraunt as head-chef, and is very passionate about his work regardless of the time of day. He also has a thing for cars, especially cars made by Audi.
