I wanted another general for The Aware, I'm gonna have at least 4 and at least 2 will have gone through Anthropomorphic Reconstruction (God I need an acronym for that).

Oh, and I used Tony64's CaF v3 Male.

So here's Lyle "Scoot" O'Casey, yes, he is very Irish, like from Ireland Irish.

His color scheme is actually a coincidence to his nationality.

I added the nickname "Scoot" because it gives his name more of a "ring"; story-wise, he got the name his specialty in and preference for scouting/exploration missions (and a bit of my love for tf2 rearing its head)

That mechanical arm of his is a recent addition story-wise, so that's why he still has bandages on there. It has a neat little feature of producing a beam-lance that just bores right through enemy armor, and of course, enemy flesh. It sounds aptly enough like a power-drill while running, though that wasn't intended.
