In a story I wrote for the Furnal Equinox 2020/22 conbook, I revealed that Julie Lefebvre was a bisexual and had a girlfriend in the past before she met her husband Alain. This is Julie with Sarah McCairn, the star defence...doe for their school girls hockey team circa 1994. The one constant with Julie as a character is her loving, maternal nature. Here she's icing her girlfriend's sore leg after a tough game! This relationship ended at some point because Julie had a conservative Catholic family and she was then unable to reconcile these two parts of her life.
The title here references the song by The Moody Blues (you can see the album on cassette in the background).
