I'm wanting to draw a cutie who fell asleep by the window while reading a book on a rainy night!
For clarity, it says female/femme only, but that includes transwomen and femboys, so long as the overall shape of the character is feminine. The anatomy will be adjusted to your character, but the character should be generally this shape.
