It had to be a commission for Markiz a year ago, but he became a part of our company and my friend, so it's a gift:)
I improved front paws a little, but too lazy to make a new photo.
I don't remember the bird of prey this feather is belonged. Took it at the nursery of birds of prey.

I guess it could cost about 15-20$, but there're some questions. This feather is from bird of prey, and in some countries you can't have such feathers even if you buy it at the nursery. But I can use feathers from turkey or goose. The second question is about sending it and having sanitary certificate - may be it's quite possible for private individual to receive such certificate for meat, but I'm not sure about feathers. May be it's not necessary for some countries (at least when there's no "bird's flu" somewhere on Earth:) ).
Oh okay, that is a very nice price. :D
I live in FL, USA. I haven't heard of any restrictions like that, so I think sending it would be ok. :3 I have some big feathers I found here, but I don't think that any of them are whole. How can you keep the individual strands from detaching?

That's fine:)
Usually feathers are quite durable. The layer of acrylic paints also help to keep them together. And sometimes I use some nitro lacquer for more safety. But if your cat or dog or other pet will want to play with such feather, the feather will not have a chance:) So there's another good option - to put feathers in a frame under the glass.
