I didn't think of that but I love that idea! It would be funny to see Roko acting like a bunnytaur, lol.
I have 3 different funny scenarios with Roko eating the bunnytaurs:
1. The bunnytaurs will get angry at Roko after seeing him eating one of their kind, attacks, and pop Roko's balloon disguise so he has to hop into a different object or dead bunnytaur to avoid the reapers.
2. If after Roko eats a lot of bunnytaur souls, Roko's physical soul and balloon disguise will morph or transform into a bunnytaur so that he is no longer looking like a kitsune.
3. If Roko eats so much bunnytaur souls that he gets super fat and he can't float. The only way Roko can move his body is if Brand (in Saida's body) uses his new levitation powers to levitate and move Roko from place to place once Brand learns the levitation power, hehe. XD

In Chronicles of Darkness a spirit that consumes another spirit usually acquires some of the devoured spirit's traits, unless it was part of the predator spirit's "nature."
The specific example they give is a fox spirit eating a rabbit spirit and becoming a more powerful fox spirit rather than a fox/rabbit hybrid.

It's a lot weirder in the Bartimaeus universe. There all spirits are really just one being in their native dimension; they don't assume individual identities until summoned by magicians. What exactly happens when one spirit consumes another - or a human - is left mostly unsaid, other than the eaten spirit loses their individual identity and consciousness and permanently becomes part of the predator-spirit.
The human is just gone. I can't imagine their fate is pleasant, though.

I completely agree with you that Roko (or Fatso as I called him) shouls have "Don't Fear the Reaper as his theme song because he is super greedy and trying to eat the most amount of souls.
You know the only reason Roko even got those fried bunnytaurs for Saida and Brand to eat so that Roko can have a huge bunnytaur soul feast for his fat self, lol? You know that he is going to be super fat from eating all of the bunnytaur souls. It may be too much for him to handle, lol. I am surprised that Roko (Fatso) hasn't gain any more weight yet, lol. XD
I feel like regardless of how many souls that Roko eats, he will always be hungry and that is going to be trouble in the future when they are battling an evil powerful enemy.
Maybe we need to find a bigger and stronger jar that doesn't break so easily from high distances to put Roko (Fatso) in if he eats so many bunnytaur souls that his balloon disguise will explode, hehe. XD

Finally, that's the Roko (or Fatso as I called him) that I know. Also, Brand's, Saida's, and Roko's faces on the last panel is too funny. ^^
