I was finally able to compress the animation small enough to upload it here as a gif instead of using a lame tilecard and yt link like before.
Raffle winner Zil gets transformed into his dragon ego.

Description
After a dozen hours of work, the dragon transformation is complete. My first full 3d transformation made in blend To say this was a challenge is a understatement. After failing to do a morph with geometry node, I had to animated it by hand (with the exception of the pain mocap I got by feeding my character into mixamo). I attempting clothing rip-page but I just couldn't get it working so settled for a particle effect. Although I had to compromise due to my inexperience using blender for animation, I think it came out well.
