I think that you would enjoy the freedom from that type of creep that we have here on the frontier in central Nevada. 0.3 people per square mile population density. No land use planning. No zoning. No building permits. No building codes. No building inspections. And the Federal bureaucrats stay in their little offices because they are afraid that they might have an accident if they venture into the great outdoors...
