So it has been a long while since I have posted anything I have made, sadly due to a lot of stuff in life making it hard to do art again... which I am looking to finally break away from. Finally making use of my iPad Pro (It was a final gift from my mother) and learn Procreate.

That said, I recently reread Adastra and the additional stories. I had my deep emotional cry for a day and felt inspired to do art once more. But also felt excited to hear that Khemia was being rebooted soon!

Well, I for sure have a stronger preference for Amicus, I have found Neferu to always be a charmer and sadly a troubled soul.

I felt like drawing my interpretation of how I see the character. A carefree 2nd son of the Pharaoh who has been forever gripped and bound by the judgment of his family and people... all while he seeks to hold onto the embrace of those he holds dear to him. (No I idea if Neferu and Scipio will actually get together, though I have the hunch that we will see in Khemia that they get very close.)

Happiness can be fleeting for many, so always hold on to those that matter.
