I don't care whether you love, hate, or don't give a damn about the new MLP series. It was fun to draw. The name is a tongue-in-cheek joke, but you have to know my character pretty well in order to get it. =P My Little Ponies™ are copyright Hasbro, with the new designs attributed to Lauren Faust.

my ponies always had character. =D I was too young for the cartoon, so I only saw a couple of the movies. Mostly, my ponies waged interhallway wars with the Transformers, He-Man, the Ghostbusters, and the Teenage Mutant Ninja turtles for upstairs bedroom supremacy. They were an elite special forces unit who once captured Optimus Prime and subjected him to pink sparkly nailpolish water boarding until he submitted and gave them the necessary intel to win the war.
And then in their free time they fought the evil 1960s Ken Overlord and his consort, the white garage sale pony who finally lost her battle to subvert the ponies and turn them into slathering demons when the United Nations' neutral observer ate her (I guess the dog was hungry).

I've started watching this show recently; I don't know WHY I like it, I just do. Which is really weird because I completely LOATHED MLP as a kid.
(Though I think all boys were required to hate girly cartoons as a matter of course. I didn't become enlightened until later, even though I sometimes secretly watched Rainbow Brite)
