Okay okay OKAY!...So I went to an anime/video game convention at my school today from 10-7, and I ws walking round when I noticed a table. It was commissions! They had such good stuff, it looked really cool. Then I noticed that the girls at the table had a HeartGold/SoulSilver book with them, and I was like, "You can draw Pokemon?". They said yes, and then it hit me, I asked them if they knew what a Chiramii was, they did! So I gave them $5, and they ended up creating this!! IN MY CHAR'S COLORS!! <3

Now the reason why he's wearing that adorable top hat, monocle and teacup, is that I went to the convention as England from Hetalia..so...I put my char in an England-style look! <3..My god I love it soo much!
