Containment Breach and Methods of Destruction
- They crawl and smash employees to bits repeatedly, like a living wall of voidlike flesh.
- Leaving their containment cell's hallway, they get faster, screaming in pain about visions of the future and causing many to fall into madness before perishing brutally by the crushing future that they make them see.
- At least two employees will become Possessed with visions of the future and forcibly attempt to suppress without a manager's command at the cost of being weak in mind and flesh.
- Suppressing is paramount. Requests from other Abnormalities result in the most effective suppressant.

Managerial Guidelines
- Employees with lower than 4 Fortitude and Justice will be leave the containment cell, screaming until a third eye splits open and explodes. The same occurred to two separate agents with Prudence and Temperance higher than level 3 respectively. (Training Guide)
- If an employee fails to follow training guidelines, they lose their mind entirely and rush out before bursting into a HE level amorphus cat blob that has to be taken out or the counter drops every 180 seconds.
- The Qliphoth counter is 4, 3 eyes opening along the tail and the third eye opening last before breaching containment.
- The Qliphoth Counter decreased by 1 when getting a Bad Work Result.
- When an employee panicked, the Qliphoth Counter dropped to 1, regardless of the previous work done.
