Street Dog AKA Lucy, a loving rottweiler of the O'Madra family who was kidnapped by the evil Dr. Cairn to be experimented on, after her escaped from her captors she accidentally triggered the button which caused the explosion to cover the entire lab of Muto-94 which resulted being covered and exposed to the mutagenic effects and mutated her into a mutant canine with superhuman abilities along with the pets who where also mutated and became the heroine known as "Street Dog".
