I have spent almost 5 months on this art - with breaks to avoid going crazy, of course. Every pattern was done by hand, all lineart was done by me (with the only 'cheat' being copying a few parts of the wings so that I only had to draw 3 dragonfly wings with all their cells instead of 21), and it took almost a month on its own just to figure out how to assemble all those different bug wings onto a birdlike format... But Damn look at the final result.
