Zero Form doesn't really have much other than pretty good HP (same base HP stat as Happiny [100] and a mere 3 points below Audino) and Speed to match (Base Speed, just like Base HP, is 100).
Hero Form's lowest Base Stat (Special Defense) is still pretty robust: 87. Four of the other five Basei Stats are 100 or better (same Base HP and Base Speed as Zero Form, not that Hero Form needed any improvement in either, especially with a Base Defense of 97). Hero Form's specialty is it's offense, of course: Special attacks are going to hit hard (Base Special Attack of 106), but nowhere near as hard as physical ones. Hero Form has the highest Base Attack of ANY non-Mega Evolved, non-Legendary/Mythical Pokemon of the Water Type at a staggering 160!
