Concept I like the idea of. A demigod-like being that takes the form of a normal (if large) hyena), and is responsible for the creation of Gnolls within whatever setting she is a part of; gave birth to the first of them, and occasionally adds more to their number. Forever pregnant, never getting any bigger or smaller, essentially making the swell more of a prop than an actual pregnant belly (though I'm sure we'd all prefer it be an actual pregnant belly). I want to do more with the idea, but I'm not entirely sure what, especially since most settings I'm somewhat married to that already feature Gnolls have their lore already covered.

it's a pretty solid concept thus far, can certainly benefit from more details here and there (lore-wise)
out of curiosity, would this entity choose any special gnoll to be her sire/consort at any given time? Keep her womb full and ensure a steady flow of offspring from her to keep the population stable
