do you ever just.. cant change who you are? and you are so you that you could never change how you were born, or what you've been through?
Bit of a personal vent art, new opossum character i wanted to do something with <3 he isn't perfect, just like me.
his missing fur over his face is a birthmark that represents my dyslexia, its always there, and we wish we never had it. the scar on his palm represents my childhood trauma that came from the education system, and there is another, much smaller spot on his other cheek with no fur, that represents me being on the lower end of the autistic spectrum.
if i had to associate a song with this still unnamed soul, its Arcade Fire - Unconditional https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=7RIsFd39gVg specifically the lines "i cant teach you to you" and "no ones perfect"

i have never officiously been diagnosed, i have thought about it, i would like to one day but it will probably cost. im not entirely sure how much an official diagnosis would help my life anymore then now.
