Our first, second, and sixth principles are as follows:
* The inherent worth and dignity of every person;
* Justice, equity and compassion in human relations;
* The goal of world community with peace, liberty, and justice for all;
With those principles in mind, we are compelled by our beliefs to support the cause of equality for all people, regardless of sex, gender, sexuality (or lack thereof) and have a long-established history of doing so. From the Wikipedia article on LGBT topics and Unitarian Universalism:
The first ordained minister of any religion in the U.S. or Canada to come out was the Rev. James Stoll in 1969. There have been UUA resolutions supporting people regardless of sexual orientation since 1970, and a popular program of becoming a "Welcoming Congregation" since 1989. UUA has officially supported UUA clergy performing Services of Union between same-sex couples since 1984, and has supported same-sex marriage since 1996.
Our current campaign that is largely LGBT oriented, but also includes immigration reform and other equality issues, is called Standing on the Side of Love. We make a conscious decision to stand on the side of love and confront injustice against our fellow brothers, sisters, and others on a daily basis; justice, equity, and compassion demand that we do so.
We welcome you to take up the flag and fight with us.

Sorry about the wait. I will work to find you some suitable literature on the subject. It is generally the position of the UUA to support immigration reform in order to provide a fair open-door policy. Not all members of the church agree with this stance, but some are quite passionate about it.
It's probably not the best resource out there, but the About page on the Standing on the Side of Love website is a good place to start.
Obviously the goal for us is equal rights for everyone regardless of their sex or gender. We would definitely be in favor of legislation that allows shortcuts to citizenry for homosexual couples as it applies to heterosexual couples.
