Rebirth

To be reborn brain must be destroyed if not she will remain in a state of death until destroyed if she remains in this state for more than a day or so brain damage will occur upon rebirth and more than a few weeks will be perma death

She requires nourishment like normal creatures to live. But can live several days as long as her heart, lungs, and brain remain intact. Without lungs she will die in 5-10 minutes. Without heart she will have up to 5 minutes

Upon rebirth head always forms first then heart ➡️ lungs ➡️ digestive tract ➡️ skeleton ➡️ muscles ➡️ skin and fur. The longer she is left in the state of death the longer it takes to regenerate her body in most extreme cases can take a whole day but if it was instant death She will recover in less than a minute

Recovery is painful to the touch while inner tissues are still exposed and extremely draining. She requires a meal when she regains consciousness in her new body.

Her old body remains if it hasn't been consumed by anyone else. If her body hasn't been consumed she can eat her previous body for nourishment with no problems

Her powers reside in her soul not her body so any body possessing creatures cannot take her power. If one tries she will just be ejected from her body and grow a new one. However the body snatcher would be able to use her old body's ice powers. Just not her rebirth powers

She has only normal healing ability
She is fully healed of all defects upon rebirth

All scars, missing limbs, or otherwise permanent damage will remain until rebirth

All creatures she consumes while pregnant can have their souls reincarnated into one of her young with all memories intact if she wishes or not if she wishes too. however they must consume some of her first to have some of her godly dna in them but can be anything as small as her blood. But it must be fresh consumed directly from her

Her children only have a small chance of being born with her rebirth powers gained by consuming part of her

Immediately after birth she will eat them to ensure only the ones with the power of rebirth survive

Ice

Can breathe ice and frost
Teeth and claws are always cold and will freeze anything that comes into contact with them

Her blood is normally red but will turn icy blue and extremely cold while she is using her ice powers (excluding her claws and teeth, those are just naturally icy) skin is a pinkish color under normal situations all fleshy things will turn icy blue when she uses her powers (skin, nose, paw pads, whites of her eyes)

When her emotions are out of control like in a dangerous situation where someone she cares about is in danger her powers will also run wild. Her skin will freeze. Her fur will somewhat insulte the cold but even this can be dangerous if weaker creatures are in Contact with her fur too long in this state. Fog will also begin seeping from her maw in this state. She does not get like this when it is just her in danger. Only to protect others or if she is angered to a very severe degree

Can freeze her blood anywhere in her body to prevent herself from bleeding to death or allow the blood to flow out if she wishes

Paws must be wrapped before bathing because otherwise she will just freeze the water solid unless a fire dragon is there to keep the water warm


Size and form

Dragon form
Can change the size of this form to any size atall. However to grow large she must consume other creatures in proportion to the growth. In her unchanged size she is 15 ft tall from ground to head
This form her ice magic is the strongest

Anthro form
Not able to change size. Large human size approximately 7 ft tall

Fox form
Not able to change her size. Being about the size of a moose
Most agile form

Pregnancy

She has the gestation period of her fox lineage of 7 weeks

Can be a mix of live birth and egg laying

Personality

Can be prim and proper when she has to be but prefers to be informal with all.
Tries to be kind but also has a sadistic side but tries to keep her urges in check and only play with her food if it is a willing meal but at times her urges get the better of her and she might "play" with an unwilling meal by eating piece by piece slowly or if another dragon has done something very bad she will gladly torture them and enjoy it. She is very picky about who can eat her. Even though she's immortal she sees her body as sacred and will only let those very important to her to devour her. And she also isn't willing to put up with the pain of being eaten except for those very special. However when it comes to sex she is much less picky. And some willing meals will get one last bit of enjoyment. Especially the ones that let her enjoy her sadistic side
