No, the Tec-DC9 was made by Intratec in the 90's and banned in 1994 by name. The ban was lifted in 2001 but the company went out of business so parts for these guns is NIL. This one is in good condition but a little dirty, with some TLC we'll get her back to normal

i whas asking because it looks like an improved version of the z-70 and taking in mind what happened to the cetme, who later evolved in the MP-5 ...

thats what i mean, german dessingens in spain made the old versions, then those dessigners return to his country and made better versions of those weapons, thast why im asking

No, H&K and Intratec are two different companies.
H&K were in Spain/Germany
Interdynamic was in Sweden. Since there wasn't a market for guns there, they set up a place called Interdynamic USA, which then became Intratec when the CEO of interdynamic left the company. So no, it's not affiliated with the Star Z series that I know of.

Considering a 9mm is a smaller projectile, that's rather good for a pistol. I had about the same range when I owned my 995 carbine.

The range on this, it'll shoot a grouping of about 2 inches at 20 feet, but after that it starts to go wild.
If you've got the handling for it it'll shoot great after that (takes a little work to handle and the sights were bubba'd so it's a little tougher with this one.)

Nah, the Picatinny Rails on the gun were bubba'd and are off center/crooked. I'm thinking of taking them off because all they seem to do is hinder charging of the gun. :C

I had a gentlemen come into the shop I work at and told me and my employer that he bought a Glock 19 from somewhere else and a laser sight for it and the laser wouldn't stay true, every three shots knocked it outta whack.

He either got a cheap laser sight from a third party company, or the housing that secures the laser to the gun is loose

I don't remember the brand of it, It wasn't a china made UTG or junk like that but it was no Steamlight either, I never had troubles with the lasers I got.

Local gun shop had one in bad condition, it was still a shooter so I bought it and we fixed it up. Needs a little more TLC and it'll be back to almost new!
