It's a really dumb visual reference to a really dumb movie. The Secret Of NIMH 2: Timmy To The Rescue. Many fans of NIMH refuse to acknowledge its existence for understandable reasons, but I love it for what it is. This pic has to do with the idiotic way in which the main villain is eventually dispatched. That's all really!
