Towards the end of the Vietnam War the US Military made plans for a last ditch effort to liberate many American aeromorphs, whom had been captured by the Veit Cong and were either put into POW camps or Breeding camps so as to create a new generation of aeromorphs made with both Soviet as well as American technology and completely devoted to Vietnam.
In order to keep American technology out of Vietnamese hands and the possibility of the Americans to get their hands on Soviet aeromorph Technology, the US Government approved of this plan and soon multiple Squadrons of Fighter, Bomber, and Helicopter aeromorphs would carry out raid after raid to make sure that as many aeromorphs as possible made it home.
one of these Squadrons was a Marine Squadron made up of multiple Fighter Aeromorphs but, the most notable of them was their squad leader, a CH-46 Sea Knight/Phrog outfitted from a troop transport helicopter to be a "Heavy" Gunship her Code name; Pay-Day.
