Another new OC of mine. And yes, he's a male, even though he's magenta. I think it's a cute color, especially on dragons.

Basically, Vulnero is a dragon that's pretty nervous and traumatized, somebody you can always comfort if it helps you emotionally. If you hug or snuggle with him, what he'll do is use your body as a shelter to wrap himself in to feel soothed and protected. It's the sweetest thing.

Why do they call him Vulnero? It's a long story. But I'll have a TLDR at the bottom.

In the series, the first time Vulnero has been seen was in Dogree's prison along with the other fire-breathing dragon slaves. Nobody knows who he is or where he came from. In fact, when he was first there, he had no name.

The way he got his name was while in Dogree's prison, as he handled the experience the worst. Dogree forced these dragon slaves to burn down treasure mazes, by shocking them with shock collars. Thus, this meagenta dragon often broke into tears, huddled himself in a corner, and hid himself by curling into a ball.

Consequently, the other dragon slaves called him Mr. Vulnerable until it evolved into Vulnero, a name that seemed fitting for a dragon. Upon hearing that the other dragons were calling him Vulnero, he was okay with the name, because he knows and accepts that he's not the strongest scaled beast. And also, if he were to have a name, he would want it to be determined by a group of other friendly, male dragons.

One day, in Dogree's servitude, Vulnero was destroyed so mentally that he stopped breathing fire to burn down the treasure labyrinths, no matter how much Dogree shocked him with the collar. Because Vulnero wasn't breathing fire, Dogree found no use for him. So he took him to this large empty room, removed his collar, and left the room with the door locked. At that point, Vulnero knew there was something deeply wrong.

From the opposite end of the room, these giant doors opened and out came this massive robotic dragon. Immediately, Vulnero frantically scattered around the room. But it was no use because he was switfly trapped and eaten by the big metal dragon.

Dogree watched the entire thing, and after hearing all the sreaming of Vulnero inside the metal dragon come to a stop, he assumed Vulnero was destroyed, never to be seen again. Or so he thought.

The entire time, Vulnero lodged himself in the metal dragon's esophagus to not reach the stomach, and waited for the perfect opportunity to escape, when the robotic metal dragon was recharging. Vulnero escaped out of the mouth and snuck out of Dogree's prison, completely unseen.

He ran all the way to Topso's museum, and Reptu saw him. Vulnero told Reptu everything about what Dogree is doing. And now he is safe, because Reptu and his treasure hunting team with Soom, Impax, and Sailz allowed him to stay with them. They protect him and comfort him from everything he has suffered. However, it's not so easy because they must hide Vulnero at all costs because of his biggest fear of Dogree finding out he's alive.

TLDR: Vulnero gets his name from being traumatized by being eaten by a big, metal dragon.
