This project took wayyyy too long. First off, happy art fighting. This is my 2nd attack and it was on user 
MelloncholyHill of their character Soleil.
Second, I struggled with this as I'm still learning animation. I definitely draw way more than animate, so my timing is off in a few spots. I definitely didn't know how to go about animating the sparkles, so I did more of a glimmer effect with them.
Anywho, I'm glad I survived the making of this. It has 21 unique frames, 42 frames in total, and It's animated on 2s at 24fps.
