Want a reeferino? It's legal in this state. Frederic "The Shogun" Lawrence came from Jamaica to the fresh world of America to run his business the way he wanted, without Babylon getting in his way. His efforts paid off, and he operates a nice junkyard on the northern tip of New York where he stores cars for paying clients and also hosts dangerous-driving courses for those few who doubt their driving abilities. Don't let his island background fool you. Shogun is far from Rasta, and through his thick accent, expresses some very radical ideals. He's a nice guy at heart, though.
