I discovered that I'm still not good enough to draw feathers digitally, which sucks, but other details I have mastered. I did really well on the keratin of Ray's legs.
When it's not digital, I can do far better in terms of detail, and love drawing feathers or other small details. I just haven't learned to shade yet.
Ray is a gryphon, but 100% bird, he shares no DNA with other species, other than those hidden genes from his parents.
Lona the Nintendoggo glows red and blue from within, she never wants to be eaten, though many would say quite otherwise. From a scene in my 4th RP session ever outside of D&D.
This took 7-8 hours to create from start to finish.
