The research for all of them takes a hot minute, yeah, tho I'm pretty familiar with the anatomy of most major animals tbh. And Owlbears are depicted sometimes as more predator/carnivore than just a plain ol bear or owl, so drawing on a more predatory/carnivorous animal like wolf for some anatomical ref isn't a bad idea.
