So, I was talking to
and she told me that she loves to make desserts. So I decide, since it's my day off, to make some myself. Chocolate Souffle. For those that wanna know, here is the recipe:
Ingredients:
(For 4 portions based on ramekins with a 10 centimeter intersection)
200 Grams of dark chocolate
200 Milliliters of milk
20 grams Maizena* (* From Chris - this is a European brand of corn starch, but any other corn starch is fine.)
3 eggs
100 grams of sugar
(The recipe also asked for 30 grams of butter but the only instance I found of using was to wipe the ramekins with it. So.... guess that's your own take)
Chop the chocolate and put it in a bowl
Warm the milk till it's almost at the cooking point. Then add the maizena and mix it. It's okay if it's a little clumpy
Pour the milk over the chocolate and make sure it's stirred trough
Splits the eggs and whip 50 grams of the sugar with the yolks. The add this to the chocolate and make it cool down. (To prevent Splitting)
Use another 25 grams of sugar to whip with the egg whites till it's stiff. (You can try to hold to bowl upside down above your head. If you don't have to shower afterwards it's done)
if the chocolate has cool down, use a spatula to mix it with the whites (DON'T use a mixer because you want it to stay fluffy)
Use some butter on the ramekins and some of the remaining sugar to. (I didn't do the sugar myself since I don't like it overly sweet)
Now put it in the oven between 20 and 25 minutes on 180 degrees (or 356 Fahrenheit)
Note: I use a combination microwave so when i got it out the first time I noticed it was still a little raw. After I popper it in for another 15 it was fine.
Eat well
Also, if you want a horrible version of this I suggest to type on Google translate makes Chocolate Souffle on YT.
Recipe also allowed to use by ~FACCC2 which is a FA page that I believe tries to make a furry cookbook.* They have recipes nonetheless.
