A luscious-hot and crispy pizza for one modelled after the original “Tolona” personal pizza pie made back in the drive-in days of the 50’s and 60’s.

Here’s how I made it:
1-preheat oven to 350f
2-add pizza sauce to a plain tortilla then top with another tortilla and sauce it too
3-add your favourite pizza toppings (I used cooked sausage, mozzarella and parmesan cheese, it’s your pizza so be as creative as you like!)
4-place onto an appropriate baking sheet/tray and bake until crust is crispy and cheese is bubbly/melted, then let cool for 5 minutes (be careful not to burn!)
5-slice and enjoy!
