Here we have the most dangerous and evilest character of mine, the Black Tiger, Tigris Pentharr!

It's been awhile since we've seen this SoB... but as you can see, he's been biding his time, in the comforts of his office, preparing for when he will strike next.

And when he does, you can bet it won't be pretty.
