I personally pick a ram since it makes sense on account of several things:
1. He’s been called the lamb of God, which is something you would sacrifice on the Temple Mount.
2. The Star (actually the planet Jupiter) the Magi saw was in the consultation known as Aries the Ram.
So, in the event of me drawing Jesus, I would pick a ram just by those technicalities.
