i'm joinin the National Guard as part of the Army, i'm sure. still a reserve, tho. i'm prolly gonna be doin a job that is a non-combat job (yes, i know that makes me sound like a pussy and all) but, the only way my dad would let me join was if i did a non combat job (i'm 19 lol)
and no prob, i've always had great respect for those in uniform, and now to see myself in that uniform...it's quite the honor

I probably shouldn't talk about that so lightly... it is an incredible burden to have taken someone's life, whether it was deemed necessary or not. And I am sorry that he had to go through that. But someone has to do it and I love him all the more for being strong enough to take on a job that not many could handle.
Heli pilot? Anyways, I know all about that stuff. My grandfather flew jets in korea. He still has the twitch reflexes. And besides, he gots you to come home to right? ^.^ That would make a happy person to have someone to see. :P Oh and he could take you in to the air after he's home.
