"What a waste... All this for nothing."
-Captain Charles Bartlett watching helplessly as the Britannic already had its fate sealed to the bottom of the sea.
This is an own interpretation of the famous sinking of another great transatlantic ship, in this case "RMS/HMHS Britannic" (Twin sister of the Titanic and Olympic). Where after the outbreak of the First World War, the Navalmorph girl is requisitioned by the Royal Navy along with her sister Olympic, in this case, Britannic was assigned to serve as a floating hospital, whose purpose was to treat and evacuate troops wounded in battle. During her tour of the Ceos (Κέα) channel, on November 21, 1916 at 8:12 AM, she had the bad luck of colliding with a mine planted by the German submarine "U-73", causing a huge hole in Britannic's hull, and as if she had not had enough, she suffers another explosion but this time coming from inside. Desperate to reach the mainland, Britannic plunges deeper into the water from her injuries, and she finally gives in to the sea, taking 30 innocent souls with her, and leaving more than 1,035 to survive.
After the incidents of the Britannic, Lusitania, and other civilian vessels deliberately sunk, the world increasingly glared at the German Empire with more hatred, giving the allies one more motivation to fight fiercely in the war.
In truth, since I heard the history of the Britannic for the first time, I found it very interesting, mostly due to the fact that this ship was built by the same company that brought the Titanic and Olympic (White Star Line), and its service during WW1.
On the other hand, not long ago I found out that the Britannic had audiovisual adaptations of it, like the 2000 movie with its alternative plot about the German spies and how they caused the ship to sink by means of explosives as sabotage. In addition to the 2017 documentary (The Mystery of Britannic), which faithfully adheres to real events (such as the explosion caused by the German submarine mine) xD

Thank you, and yes, Olympic will soon be out to avenge his fallen sisters, and reinforce the myth that the ancient Greek race of Olympians managed to emerge victorious from their battles with the Titans and Giants.
As for the battleships, I have had several from WW2 in mind such as: The Bismarck of the German Kriegsmarine, the Missouri of the US Navy, and the Yamato of the Imperial Japanese Navy xD

Ah well... Sometimes when the word "Battleship" is mentioned to me I inevitably think of the ones from WW2 because of the fame they had (More than anything in the Pacific theater).
But I think the ones from WW1 also deserve their space, so I'm going to try to investigate some models to see which one catches my attention the most, or if you want you can give me some names to start with (The same also applies to submarines) xD

Ah ok, and yes, I had heard the theory of refloating the wreckage of the Titanic, (mostly its bow part) using a special crane, and they also mentioned the same thing with the Britannic. Although to be honest, I highly doubt it's possible to do that, since we are talking about ships that are more than 100 years old, and their hulls are very fragile due to the extreme corrosion caused by the salt of the sea water and the oceanic bacteria that eat the iron ores of the steel.
In any case, I do not rule out that it would be great if the refloating thing were to be carried out one day xD
