The gun's been modified to be more snake-ergonomic.
The trigger is the entire thing the tail end is wrapped around. It 's a large squeeze mechanism. A conventional trigger would be unwieldy for a snake tail to operate. Squeezing something with their tail, on the other hand, would be a very natural movement.

As an experienced shooter, I love this image so much. You got so many things right. The ammo, the scope, the rifle, the butt stock, the trigger group, the bedding; all of it is correct. If I were to nitpick anything, the bore should have spiraled rifling.
But the thing that gets me the most?
The shooter band on their coil. The 30-06 makes one Hell of a boom, and there's a huge muzzle blast that will cook anything too close. That is just an awesome touch, and I adore it!
