This is a muscle growth series focusing on characters from the entire universe of Sonic the Hedgehog, including the less known ones.  BackyardGameboy originally wanted Helmut alone, but I also added Harry, given the ideal model for any dingo here.

This alternate version only changes the appearance of Harry, specifically as a cab driver prior to conscription by Kage Von Stryker

Description:
Helmut von Stryker and the remnants of the Dingo Regime remained in their camp in Sandopolis Oasis throughout the events of the violet stone's corruption on Downunda, still plotting to take over the rest of the Angel Island despite Knuckles the Echidna's absence. Leading the more numerous species of the main two dominating the island, Helmut hoped that someday his kind would overthrow any echidna (even Knuckles) off the island and rebuild their own civilization around it. One day however, when the Angel Island stopped by the seas near Downunda, he sent his little friend Harry (the former cab driver) on the Sandcrawler to the corner of the said island to get a sight on the continent and report back to him on recent updates.

As Harry put his binoculars on, a small group of Mobians was manning the motorboat in a hurry to escape the wrath of hulking warriors, permanently corrupted by the Violet Stone. Unfortunately for the fleeing Mobians, their motorboat was hijacked by some living virus (also corrupted by the same stone), not only leaving them stranded on sea, but also allowing avian and aquatic warriors to seize them without resistance.  However, the corrupted hunks also came to notice the flying island nearby, and sent other avian Mobians to invade there, while their non-flying comrades were preparing their aircrafts. Harry, having witnessed the whole scene, quickly rode away to send Helmut an urgent update, but also unknowingly got himself followed by flying minions.

Later, Harry had arrived back to the dingo camp, it became visibly obvious to his comrades that he was being chased by the big army of flying warriors. The dingo soldiers quickly turned to bazookas and turrets to gun them down, some used assault rifles to do the job, while Helmut ran into the battlefield with the minigun to save Harry as his Sandcrawler was not fast enough to bring him to safety. Despite being able to defeat them without a loss of life on their side, the dingoes noticed many of the invading avian minions down but neither at level critical nor fatal, allowing the uninjured to carry them back to the edge of the flying island, where medical camps were recently set up to get them healed. But with such a retreat, their non-flying comrades had arrived justice on time to corner the dingo camp, this time larger. Realizing the risk of getting overwhelmed by those warriors, Helmut declared a surrender, prompting the invaders to back down with an arrogant smile.

The dingo remnants would remain hostages in their own camp, waiting for few hours, until they received the visit from two leaders of this invading force, Duck Platypus and Crocbot, also muscular and corrupted by the purple stone. Amused and impressed by such a defense well executed by the Dingo Regime, and also having learned about the current situation they had been, Bill offered to enhance the dingo army and to help them take over the Angel Island. Surprised by such a reaction yet still prejudiced against echidnas, Helmut reluctantly agreed, while Harry remained silent despite expressing his disapproval and his opposition to enact revenge on echidnas, clearly due to his lack of prejudice against the said species. Among the transformed Mobians was an echidna who visited Downunda, but she also knew Harry as she used to ride his cab several times before, as well as secret connections of his to the Chaotix (the gang of five led by Knuckles). The female echidna sweetly manipulated Harry to join them, not to embrace the said prejudice, but rather to make the Chaotix powerful to take down the whole Eggman Empire, in which he accepted albeit reluctantly. Helmut, being literally close to Harry, knew it was an obvious lie, but as an old friend who noticed a scar left on the former cab driver, he said nothing. The general knew the bitter state Harry had been, especially since the latter was punished by Helmut's son Kage over the small dingo's connections to the Chaotix and certain echidnas like Locke and then banished into the desert region of the Angel Island.

Bill had the dingo army gather in circular position and unveiled the Purple stone, though no one else could recall how it ended up slightly bigger, and had Helmut hold the stone and position himself in the center, so as to expose the army altogether and quick. As expected, muscular stings and growls occured until each and every member of the entire dingo army grew almost as big as their general, but Helmut himself had become even bigger albeit more aggressive. All affected dingos were satisfied with such changes and bowed before Bill, with a couple of cheers and howls, and Helmut came out with the loudest howl in the same reaction. The little friendly cab driver Harry was no different, having grown into a harsh and disciplined brute, but he still lacked hatred against echidnas and retained amicable feelings towards Chaotix. For most of the time here, Crocbot had been silent and observing how big the Angel Island actually was, though not as much as Downunda, but he was eventually shocked to learn from Helmut that it actually used to be the part of Downunda, not that he (or even any other dingo) knew how it ended up floating in the first place.

Helmut felt more than reignited to take over the rest of the Angel Island, now confident that these new 'guns' were enough to do their work, but Bill asked him whether the echidnas' settlements had stronger or better defenses, lest using muscles without strategy would be rendered useless in such battles. The general thought for a minute and was dismayed to remember that those settlements did have better defenses, and so reluctantly asked for Bill's assistance, much to the platypus' satisfaction. Bill also thought that the dingos could use Harry's connections to corrupt the Chaotix, so they could get a chance to conquer the whole island uninterrupted, but having learned the dingos' past astrocities committed against the echidnas prior, he was in a need for a compromise. As the two held a private meeting in the Dingo Command Center, they were unknowingly watched by the big purple Mobian (not as big as the corrupted one) through a telescope, just far enough to avoid any hunk gathered at the Dingo camp.
