Compared to Anion, Cindi really hasn't changed as much. Mostly, she's not quite as muscular as she was before. This is partially because she doesn't have as much time to push herself as before, but mostly because her interests have shifted away from bodybuilding somewhat and more towards mixed martial arts and parkour. She's also graduated from school over the time-skip, and has become a physician that specializes in sports related augmentations. Basically, she helps rehabilitate people who underwent physical augmentations that were botched. Sometimes this means helping them transition back to to their natural bodies, but usually she just fixes the mistakes of others through a combination of advanced medicine and physical therapy.
Cindi also regularly trains for and participates in a yearly multiversal tournament that combines parkour, mixed martial arts, and a treasure hunt in real world environments. The winner of this tournament is given a large cash prize, and is given a chance to appear before the Mundus Senate to petition the Emperor to grant them one wish. Seeing as the Emperor vacated his throne thousands of years ago and is only rarely seen, this is considered more of a tradition than an actual prize. He does sometimes turn up to grant people's wishes, but this happens so infrequently that few people alive remember the last time it has happened. The rules of this tournament change slightly every year and is occasionally a couples only event, so as of now Anion is also training for this event, just in case she's needed.
If she ever does have her wish granted, she wants to see Anion cured of his growth curse so he doesn't have to worry about growing too large for her or being unable to function in society. She does not actually want the growth he's already experienced reversed though. :3
For work, Cindi usually continues wearing her workout clothes, but often wears a doctors lab-coat over them. Technically this isn't compliant to her clinics work code, but nobody's really complained yet, so thus far she seems to be getting away with it. She's also taken up riding a motorcycle as a hobby and often wears a thick biker jacket when doing so for protection.
Cindi's hairstyle hasn't changed too much, but she tends to wear her ponytail a bit more wavy than before and often sports a highlight. Usually it's yellow, but it's easy enough to get or remove highlights now that she's known to often change it up some.

I miss Cindi's shredded abs, feathered lats and overall definition. But you did say once that focusing less on muscle mass has made her a better athlete then before, right?
There's an emperor now with the power to grant wishes? You mean like the Make a Wish Foundation or like a genie? I really think you should write more of the lore of their world as it sounds interesting and could help with any future stories.
By the way, whatever happened to Cindi's rabbit friend from Second Shot? I like to think that, inspired by Cindi's transformation, she too got the money for gene therapy and transformed herself into a buxom amazon.

Well, you know, between fur and that outfit and them boobs blocking the way. It's kind of hard to see her core in this picture to begin with. She still has a six pack, it's just a little hard to make out in this image. It should be pretty obvious in situations where she's being physical though. Also, she puts on muscle pretty easily, so she likely does bulk up a little wind she gets closer to tournaments.
But yes, the Many Worlds Empire does technically have an emperor. He's an incredibly powerful magical creature called a Draconsidhe. However, he only started the empire to contain a rival multi-dimensional empire made up of the undead. Once that threat was contained, he essentially abandoned the throne to resume searching for a mate, as he was a unique creature across the multiverse.
So the empire is throne has been empty for a very long time, but he's still occasionally pays attention to those tournaments and shows up to reward the winner win the fancy takes strikes him.
He's not a wish granter like a genie though. He's under no compulsion to Grant wishes, and won't even show up if he doesn't want to. But he's astoundingly powerful, and there's very few requests he cannot grant through his magical powers.
Cindy's friend is still around, and they even still hang out together with some frequency. Before the time skip, she had lost quite a bit of weight with Cindi's help. I'm not sure if she's the sort of person that would really go beyond that though. If she did, it probably wouldn't be massively far beyond that.

When I said is he like a genie, I didn't mean was he compelled to grant wishes. I was asking whether, by granting wishes, you mean he uses his authority in the government to pull strings or he literally grants it with magic powers. IE if Cindi won the tournament and made her wish to cure her boyfriend of his curse, would the emperor commission a team of the best experts and give them unlimited funding? Or would he literally snap his fingers and make it happen?
And if he can, shouldn't he feel obligated to use this power to cure his subject of their dire ailments, whether they win a tournament or not?
Also he's sounding a bit like the God Emperor of Man from Warhammer 40,000 and it worries me you are going in a dark direction.
As for Mia, I have this nice image of her going through gene-therapy and Cindi training her at Mac's Gym, making Mia her protégé much as Mac did for her. Of Cindi feeling proud and happy for her friend as Mia grows into a busty, butt-kicking, towering powerhouse. Training her to work out, fight and also show off her new "assets" at the pool or out on the town.
I imagine Mia, after almost being sexually assaulted, would love the chance to become like Cindi to better protect herself. Maybe Cindi sees Mia becoming a little obsessed and talks her down from it.
I have this vision of Mia and Cindi, with identical builds, walking into the gym with a "let's do this" expression. Or going into a nightclub wearing something revealing, also with a "let's do this" expression.

The absent emperor isn't really good or evil in the traditional sense of either word. On one hand, he's more inclined to do things that people would consider good. On the other hand, he's been around for so long, that he doesn't really see the value in a single life anymore. That is, unless he takes a personal interest.
So between his power and his mindset, it's probably better to think of him as a wandering God of the Mortal Plane. Not an evil God, but his detachment from mortality can make him seem a little callous.
As for Mia. I don't really see her taking exactly the same route Cindi did. It does kind of feel like I should do something with her though, so I'll have to think on that.

Out of curiosity, when you say the emperor doesn't value mortal's life anymore, is that the mindset he adopted or do you think that's what would inevitably happen to an immortal?
Was it your creative choice or is there reason to think it's an immutable fact?
I know everyone seems to think that these days but no one's ever lived that long so we can't really say what that would do to a person. And there have been plenty of fictional characters who are either immortal or with extremely long lifespans who seem to value mortals just fine.
Incidentally, people these days seem to think immorality would be a curse, unlimited life would make it worthless and full of unending torment of past sorrows. But I say that would mean there would be no limits to what you could accomplish and the good you could do.
To quote Dickens...
“Oh! captive, bound, and double-ironed," cried the phantom, "not to know, that ages of incessant labour, by immortal creatures, for this earth must pass into eternity before the good of which it is susceptible is all developed. Not to know that any Christian spirit working kindly in its little sphere, whatever it may be, will find its mortal life too short for its vast means of usefulness.”

It's mostly because he's a born immortal, and thus the lives of everyone aside from himself seems short and insignificant by comparison. He's quite probably lived for hundred of thousands if not millions of years by this point. Even ageless beings usually die in what he would consider a short span of time for him. It's part of the reason why he's desperate to find a mate of his own species, because he desperate not to continue his journey alone. That being said, while individual lives are insignificant by his perspective, he generally does not wish to see people suffer. Plus, if he takes an interest in a specific mortal, he will miss them when they're gone, at least to an extent. As such, when he does interfere with the mortal races, his actions are usually perceived as good to the people around him. This is why he created the Many Worlds Empire to begin with. Because an Undead Empire found a way to cross the barriers between worlds, and was systematically enslaving, converting , or was outright wiping out alternate Earths as it expanded. He ignored it for a little while, but once he realized this was going to keep going on forever, he decided he had to stop it and created the Multi-Mundus/Many Worlds Empire to contain it.
And once that was done, he abdicated the throne to continue his search for a mate.
As for Immortality. I can't speak to surviving to see the end of the solar system or Universe or anything like that. For the most part though, so long as the environment to support life remains hospitable, I'd agree that it would be an overall good thing. This would only be applicable if you weren't in it alone though. To be ageless in a world of ageless people would be fantastic. The ratio of triumph to tragedy would be radically tilted in favor of creating far more happiness. If you were an immortal in a world of mortals though, it would start feeling like a curse pretty quickly. The tragedy of loss would just keep happening over and over, and it would be very difficult to build the sort of lasting relationships you'd need to help endure it.
So yeah, I'd love to be young forever. Probably not if I was the only one though. XD

Ok I don't want to get into a lengthy debate about this. I still think my arguments are valid but I see your mind is made up and I respect that.
However I'd like to bring up a point I made once before, one I think would be to your benefit. You've put some thought into creating an interesting sounding universe. But as I recall you said it was all going to be in the background of Anion and Cindy's story. with all due respect I think readers might be frustrated about this fantastical world and only reading stories about a boyfriend and girlfriend just living their lives. It's a bit like George Lucas creating the Star Wars universe and then focusing his stories entirely on a small family working their moisture farm on Tatooine. And we only heard about the Battle of Hoth and the Death Stars destroyed from gossip they heard from passing droid merchants.
I know you rejected my suggestions of Anion using his magically gifted strength for military or law enforcement use and focus on him and Cindi. But I really think your stories would fulfil your intention and be far more interesting if they were somehow involved in this multiversal war. Say as troops or mercenaries or something.
I'm just saying in hearing about and immortal god-emperor, 2 multiversal empires, one made of undead and the war between them, a reader might become more interested in that and frustrated, even resentful that the story doesn't show that part.
"This world is a crazy combination of Warhammer 40000, Rick & Morty and Warcraft. Why am I only getting a slice of life of a physical therapist and her boyfriend who makes t-shirts?"
I've taken writing courses myself and I think if I told my teachers about this, they would suggest the same thing.
And this may interest you... The multiverse you describe is like that typical of science fiction or superhero comics. Everyone thinks of the universe a cosmic bubble filled with everything there is, surrounded by infinite nothingness. And the multiverse as an infinite number of universes existing in the same space but in different dimensions, each with a different take on our history.
BUT, there are other theories about the multiverse. There is one that says our universe, our bubble, is one of many if not infinite universes that exist physically separate to ours the same way other planets are separate to ours. Indeed some scientists say the Big Bang with either our universe splitting off of another one like mitosis or two other universes colliding and merging together.
I say this not to attack your own fictional world but to give you a wider perspective on what a multiverse may actually be. And I thought it might be something you'd like to use in your stories.

The reason this setting is so built up, is that originally it was going to follow three different stories for three different characters. Anion, the Emperor, and Sadira Savaan. Anion and company were the last characters I added to this setting, and I basically did so because the setting was already fairly well fleshed out by that point. The problem is, I'm not really a productive enough writer to do all of this justice. I have DOZENS of story and setting ideas, but I write very VERY slowly! So it's not really realistic to expect to get all this down in story form without some more help or what have you. I might give it a try later, if AI gets good enough to help make up for my slow writing speed. If so, it would probably just be for funsies though.
I'm not sure why you say you write slowly. But if it's because you have problems with hand writing and typing like I do, there are dictation programmes available though they do take a little practice and patience.
Dragon Naturally Speaking is considered the best on the market but it works properly only with Microsoft word.
And if that's not good enough for you, you could get someone you know to do the typing. Or maybe you could get someone else to write them for you like Second Shot.

With all due respect. If you are a perfectionist, that makes even less sense that you would use an AI to do your writing.

I've done a little experimentation. The best AI for writing fiction isn't quite up to my standards yet, but it's not TOO far off for being acceptable as a rough draft. The real issue is going to be training it to mimic my writing style, because while I'd expect to rewrite at least 70% of what's there, the lines that I don't rewrite or edit only minimally would still have to mesh with my own words.
Thankfully I probably do have enough material to do the training, but that's not really an option in the services currently available.

To clarify one point, I'm only looking at AI as a potential means of speeding up and expediting my own writing. I'm not looking at it as a means of completely taking myself out of the process entirely. Right now, the most time consuming part of writing for me is getting a rough draft. If I could cut the time to get a rough draft roughly in half, I'd probably greatly improve my overall writing speed.
It might not work out though. It's just something I've been experimenting with.

I understand where you're coming from, I'm a perfectionist too. Whether it's a personal project, playing video games or life in general, I have a tendency to micromanage everything and always think I could do better.
I think what you need is to find a way around this psychological issue you have with checking the grammar. Perhaps you could talk to a professional author or a writing professor, ask them how they get past this issue and how to get the creative juices flowing.
Personally I would advise you just write, ignoring issues as they come up and then go back over it to edit. your desire for perfection is a good one to have for writing, you just need to keep it from overwhelming you and channel it to a good purpose. Maybe you could find a proof reader to take the pressure off yourself?

Well, Cindi can already put on additional muscle fairly easily, due to her highly favorable genetics. What she can't do, is grow taller, wider, etc. Her skeleton is far more fixed than Anions, so she won't be going giant sized anytime soon.
Which does occasionally bug her, since she has a bit of a size kink. But she also enjoys having a much bigger romantic partner, so it works out.
