A Man wants to be more *one with nature* goes out when ever possible to a place He feels at home. A place of lush greenery and crystal clear rivers, the area is untouch by Human destruction.
The waters are alive with fish, birds sing in the trees, and little Otterly adorable fuzz balls run about. None of which flee His presence, the Otters would even insist on talking to this guest, squeaking away at Him while walking around Him or swimming near by. Nature here is welcoming, to the peaceful stranger.
Days goes by and He spends more and more time there. Birds get closer and the Otters let Him scratch them as they squeal in joy. He is enjoying His time there, their acceptance of his presence. If He lays down, some Otters would join Him, they have except Him into their family.
While staring into the face of a sleeping Otter He was gently rubbing, a thought came to mind. He wouldn't mind being an Otter and staying there forever. The Otter coos & rolls over, He smiles and thinks, that is exactly what He wants. He wants to become an Otter.
Telling everyone he's taking a extended vacation to find Himself, He leaves everything behind and returns to His true home. Thinking, if He wished with all His heart, someone will hear Him, and grant this wish; *Turn me into a Otter*.
Parking where His car won't be eazily be found, He leaves His clothes in the trunk and then He returns to the Otters who once more anticipate His return. He stands there as He is squeaked at by His welcoming family. His eyes are closed, He wishes again, pleading to be heard by someone, anyone...His wish is heard, and answered...

As He looks on to His family whiskers start growing out, they wiggle as He smiles! He walks over to them and kneels down to rub 1. His fingernails fall out 1 by 1 as He scratches the grateful Otter. As that happened webbing grows between each digit on both hands.
He stops when He notices and watches the webbing grow. He realizes He was heard, His wish was answered! His whole body begins to thin as His shoulder start collapsing to His sides, as His torso thins it becomes more cylindrical. His arms want to hang/sit more in front against His belly. His ears lose their lobes and begin to shrink and become tiny little triangles.
A tail grows out from His tail bone, causing His hips to change as it quickly grows. Noticing His very 1st tail growing He stands up, and notices His legs are shifting apart for His thick tail! The shuffling of His feet has Him thinking something more is happening, He's shrinking! But looking at His thinning body, noticing how much He can roll His body, He's torso is getting longer! He's shrinking and His body is lengthening at the same time!
As He looks around seeing the other Otters watching and squeaking away, His whiskers wiggle, and His neck thickens some. His finger tips itch, drawing His attention to them, claws sprout out of them. He also watches the webbing fully grows between each digit. His tail gets longer as His hips change pushing His legs further apart.
The world growing larger around Him is miraculous! He's appearance isn't just changing so He'd look like one, He's fully becoming one in form and size! As He laughs, a mix of Human sounds and ones of an Otter. His nose begins to change, nostrils push forward & up. He looks to His arms & legs, watching them getting smaller. His hands and feet changing shape. All of His toes are longer & His big toes are thinner.
His ears shrink more as they become more triangular, He notices how much His eyes have improved! Without His glasses He could hardly see!
He lowers His head & feels His ears and squeals in delight! As His mouth hangs open His teeth can be seen by the other Otters, they shrink & 2 more grow in up top in front & the bottom row parts in the middle, His Human K9s get longer and tilt a tad outwards. His big toes slide back as webbing grows between all of His toes. Claws sprout from them as He steps towards the water.
He's still getting smaller as His torso lengthens & His limbs continue to shrink. His tail also gets long enough it begins to touch, drag, on the ground. He decides to go down onto all 4s, with how His body is changing when He bent down His body curled like a noodle. Once His hands touch down He steps forward with His hands only to stretch His body out. He looks back at His body then stre~tches out! His hips change only a little more, His tail is as thick as His body!
Almost the size of an full grown Otter, His skull begins to compress, which seems to tickle Him do to how He's reacting! Ears move only a tad as His nose turns black & its texture changes, it also pushes out along with His mouth- lips turning black, together they form into a sort muzzle. He sqeaks & squeals like any Otter as His thick tail grows to full length slapping the ground! While He continues to shrink His torso is no longer getting longer.
His build is pretty close to that of an Otters! His neck thickens a little more as it gets a little longer. His feet fully changes into paddle feet of an Otter! His head also finishes its change, He speaks to the other Otters, they can understand Him and He can understand them!
His form finalizes into a full Otter's body, long torso, solid neck, whiskers, tiny ears, short limbs, long thick tail, & the other aspects of being an Otter! All He's missing is the fur!

He has become a small River Otter, His wish, answered. His delight, unexplainable.
He is surrounded by Otters, His new family who are all too happy to welcome Him, home...
He moves to the water's edge & looks at His reflection, seeing His Otterly adorable face makes Him shake with excitement & squeals!
He is invited to join the others for a swim. He looks around to each of them, their inviting calls...then dives in!
He twists & turns, speeding through the water before finally coming back up & shouts out His delight!....
He & others form an Otter raft...and just...float...along...
