Ben Fuller’s Real Backstory
You may have heard the story of how a human was pushed into a TV that became magical and ended up in another world in a different form. The truth is… it was something conjured up to sound a little cool.
THIS is the true backstory of the human-turned-Sullicoot named Ben Fuller.
Back when he was a human, and living within his world, Ben Fuller had a normal life with his loving family. A father, a mother, and an older sister. Life was good for him, until his 16th birthday happened.
Ben wanted amongst other gifts, a new console that was coming out. Yet for some reason, there was trouble even trying to get one due to copies selling out fast. But soon… his mother managed to find a seemingly superior console online and bought it for cheaper than intended.
The young human was overjoyed to have gotten a better console for his birthday, and decided to hook it up. And there he discovered it wasn’t just an ordinary console… but one where he could play whatever games he wanted at any time when he was at home!
It was the best birthday present he could’ve obtained, as his parents and sister looked on in joy. Not to mention, he was having a ton of fun playing games from franchises like Kingdom Hearts, Crash Bandicoot, Final Fantasy, Pokemon and etc due to the love developed from his childhood! Though he always made sure to stop playing for breaks, including when he needed to eat, bathe and sleep.
One day when he got dressed, the human came downstairs and into the backroom in his home to play on his epic console again. But nothing happened when he turned it on… much to his surprise. The rest of his family were surprised as well, as they tried to get it to work.
Then… It happened.
When the console turned on… swirling lights came out from it and enveloped the 16 year old human, pulling him into the console despite the efforts of his family to pull him back towards them!!
But… their grip on him was no match for the lights that pulled Ben into the console. His entire being gone as the console closed. This devastated his entire family, especially his mum who blamed herself for what had happened.
Ben was still alive though, but his memories of what he was exposed to ultimately resulted in him changing from a human, into the hybrid he was known as today. Though despite what he believed until he found out later on, he always had the potential to change back into a human.
When he woke up in another world he ended up calling home, he soon realised he wasn’t human and freaked out! After managing to calm down and get his surroundings, he realised he was all alone… breaking down into tears as he begged for his family to find him.
Later on after composing himself, he eventually learned first hand that he was given powers…
The ability to wield magic of different elements and types, like Black Magic and White Magic from Final Fantasy. And not to mention a favourite of his… The ability to wield the Keyblade. Originally Kingdom Key, one of his adventures revealed its true form to be Happy Gear.
Plus, being a Sullicoot realised he ultimately did have another family. James P. Sullivan or Sulley as his older brother. Though it would seem until as of one of his adventures, his memories were jumbled up until a certain someone he met after that adventure fixed them.
Ben during the time and his misadventures managed to adjust to life as a hybrid in another world. And though he appreciated the friends and family he made, he still longed to see his birth family again. Hoping a way back to them would open, even with his efforts to find them.
In fact, Ben also managed to obtain some Pokemon of his own to love and cherish. He even felt like a kid from Pallet Town since the first one he obtained as a Pikachu. It wasn’t any ordinary Pikachu though…
As for what kind of Pikachu that Ben obtained as his first Pokemon though… Let’s just say how that happened will be revealed soon.
