His name Victor Mutagura. I came up with the surname myself, taking as a basis the Latin words "mutatio figura", if I'm not mistaken. That is, according to the lore, he is able to change his appearance to anyone.
To be honest, when I was in the process of drawing, I liked the way the clothes were rendered. But in the end, I didn't think so :,< But I like how the scales turned out!
And I also had a problem with the background: I couldn’t figure out and decide what kind of background to make. Usually I don't have any problems with the background, I like interesting and even slightly detailed backgrounds. But this time something went wrong ahah. Well, everything is okay, I'll consider it as a practice >:>
