That's basically Alex trying to train Conjuration in Skyrim - summon a bound dagger, then run in at full speed howling maniacally and stabbing every bit of exposed flesh he can see whenever he spots an enemy. Seems to work decently enough despite the frequent wounds from nasty cat/bear claws or weapon slashes.
